The initial 90-minute nutrition consultation evaluates your current state of physical health, as well as your mental and emotional wellbeing. A Creyos Health assessment is sent in advance of your appointment for you to complete online at home to also scientifically assess your current state of cognitive health and general wellbeing.

Based in Chilham, near Canterbury, Ashford, and Faversham, her private practice attracts clients from across the region, including Deal, Folkestone, Maidstone, Sittingbourne, Whitstable, Wye, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. The practice is also conveniently accessible via High Speed Rail from London.
Charlotte enjoys seeing clients in person whenever possible, creating a more personal and interactive experience. However, she also offers the flexibility of consultations via ZOOM, making her services accessible to clients worldwide.
